Under the same named hotel lies the long pebble beach Kolovare, the most famous beach in Zadar. The beach is partly gravel, partly paved. Above the beach there is a green area - ideal for games, and finding a shady place at times of strong sun. At the beach there are showers, changing rooms and washrooms.

Sports equipment for water sports can be rented. In the immediate vicinity there are well-equipped shops and restaurants. Directly on the beach is the very famous bar Zadar, which attracts many young people for having fun and socializing.

The beach is renovated every year and so steadily carries the blue flag - the symbol of environmental preservation, cleanliness and the quality of the beach and ocean.
